Lost & Found - India Ink, Lovebirds and a Valentine Card!

I found an old bottle of India Ink today.  

Can you tell?

I'm sure this wasn't on my to-do list, but when inspiration hits, I can't resist.

All of these illustrations are on Strathmore Bristol Paper (smooth surface) - except the love birds, which I doodled directly onto rather crappy computer paper.  So instead of painting it in the traditional way, I cleaned up the image in photoshop and added some colour, plus a layer from a vintage dictionary page.

Ready for Valentine's Day!

I think the seashell would also look good layered onto the same dictionary paper.
